Restaurant Krinsen
Restaurant Krinsen has a French-inspired à la carte menu but is, of course, also inspired by the good Danish cuisine.
The restaurant is an extension of Hotel Svendborg, but even if you are not a guest at the hotel, the restaurant is worth a visit.
The kitchen prepares seasonal dishes with a focus on fresh and local ingredients of the season, such as freshly caught fish from the strait, lamb from Hjortø, mushrooms from Hvidkilde's forests, and freshly dug asparagus from Svanninge.
