Together, you will prepare Wilderness Food in the South Funen Archipelago - a delicious meal with seasonal local ingredients. You will be guided through the proper selection of ingredients, wood chopping, smoking of fish, and the use of herbs from the garden, forest, and beach in a diverse and seasonal menu.
